An indication of balance in life is a sense of well-being, optimism and a clear conscience. The foundation for achieving this is to look after myself spiritually - making my mind peaceful, loving and thoughtful. Then I will instinctively know how much time to spend on my own well-being and how much on fulfilling other responsibilities.

the regular destination of clever souls. And it is the source of your power and peace.
Every day we do things, we are things that have to do with peace. If we are aware of our life..., our way of looking at things, we will know how to make peace right in the moment, we are alive.
Fill your mind with peace and good feelings and your mind will give that experience in return. Whatever you experience in your mind now is what you put there earlier.
First keep the peace within yourself, then you can also bring peace to others.
