One should count each day a separate life.

A poor man celebrates the New Year once a year.  A rich man celebrates each day.  But the richest man celebrates every moment.

Seize the moment. Remember all those women on the 'Titanic' who waved off the dessert cart.

He alone is an acute observer, who can observe minutely without being observed.

Every day should be passed as if it were to be our last.

Caretake this moment. Immerse yourself in its particulars. Respond to this person, this challenge, this deed. Quit evasions. Stop giving yourself needless trouble. It is time to really live; to fully inhabit the situation you happen to be in now.

Instead of losing sleep over past mistakes, let me be busy doing something right.

Forget mistakes. Forget failures. Forget everything except what you're going to do now and do it. Today is your lucky day.

Worry never robs tomorrow of its sorrow, it only saps today of its joy.

Now is blessed - The rest remembered

Whatever must happen ultimately should happen immediately.

I gave my life to become the person I am right now. Was it worth it?

Life can be found only in the present moment. The past is gone, the future is not yet here, and if we do not go back to ourselves in the present moment, we cannot be in touch with life.

History is more or less bunk. It's tradition. We don't want tradition. We want to live in the present and the only history that is worth a tinker's damn is the history we make today.

How wonderful it is that nobody need wait a single moment before starting to improve the world.

The dream was always running ahead of me. To catch up, to live for a moment in unison with it, that was the miracle.

The best thing about the future is that it only comes one day at a time.

I try to learn from the past, but I plan for the future by focusing exclusively on the present. That's were the fun is.
