Most people think that aging is irreversible and we know that there are mechanisms even in the human machinery that allow for the reversal of aging, through correction of diet, through anti-oxidants, through removal of toxins from the body, through exercise, through yoga and breathing techniques, and through meditation.

Everyone has a song in their heart. Everyone has a reason for being here and a season for making their highest, greatest most auspicious contribution. No one knows what that is or when that is for anyone else. Only our own heart knows what and when it is for us. Your heart wants to sing. Don’t die with your music still within you. There is a reason for everything and a purpose to your life. Too many fail to listen to the song in their heart and therefore fail to find their purpose and their part. What makes your soul sing and your heart dance? Actually your heart is your soul and you are both! Ask this one question of yourself but don’t be in a hurry to answer it. Live in the question for a day, a week, a month. Let it invite your heart to speak to you. And when you are absolutely sure what your heart is saying is true then begin to invoke the changes necessary in your life so that you live in alignment with your song. Be patient with this.

If it keeps up, man will atrophy all his limbs but the push-button finger.

Even if there is only one possible unified theory, it is just a set of rules and equations. What is it that breathes fire into the equations and makes a universe for them to describe?

You are led through your lifetime by the inner learning creature, the playful spiritual being that is your real self.

In a cinema hall, you look at the screen, you never look at the back - the projector is at the back. The film is not there really on the screen; it is just a projection of shadow and light. The film exists just at the back, but you never look at that. And the projector is there. Your mind is at the back of the whole thing, and the mind is the projector. But you always look at the other, because the other is the screen. When you are in love the person seems beautiful, no comparison. When you hate, the same person seems the ugliest, and you never become aware of how the same person can be the ugliest and the same person can be the most beautiful.... So the only way to reach to truth is to learn how to be immediate in your vision, how to drop the help of the mind. This agency of the mind is the problem, because mind can create only dreams.... Through your excitement the dream starts looking like reality. If you are too excited then you are intoxicated, then you are not in your senses. Then whatsoever you see is just your projection. And there are as many worlds as there are minds, because every mind lives in his own world.

If you base your self-esteem on anything you possess, on your reputation in others' eyes, or on one or two of your current talents, you will not have real self-esteem. You will be vulnerable to loss, over which you have no control, or to inadequacy in situations which you have not yet learned to handle. But if you base your self-esteem on what you are and what you have in spirit, you will feel yourself to be both rich and great. Spiritual self-esteem is anchored in the knowledge and experience of our own eternity and indestructibility as soul, and the innate, imperishable qualities of spirit which we each possess. They are the spiritual attributes of love, peace, truth and the bliss of just being. They are the inner wealth of every human spirit, from which all other forms of wealth is derived. Its just that most of us do not yet experience this to be true. Why is that? What do you think?

I cannot swallow whole the view of Lincoln as the Great Emancipator.

Courage is to take a step forward into an area of difficulty without a solution in mind, but yet feeling that victory is ahead. It is going empty handed, but knowing that God's hand is stretched out to pull you.
